Listing rules

Who can list

You can request a listing if you own or legally operate a yacht, boat or other vessel in Batumi, or if you provide a related service we already cover (for example fishing, parasailing, diving, jet ski, kayak, photography or massage connected to the sea stay).

What to send us

To review a listing we typically need:

• Name of the vessel or service and a short description.
• Recent photos of the actual vessel or service, not stock photos of another boat.
• Capacity, duration options and a starting price.
• What is included and what is not (captain, fuel, gear, drinks, transfer).
• Working contact: phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or other channel guests can actually reach.
• Departure area in Batumi when it is relevant (for example the yacht club pier).

Accuracy

Prices, photos, capacity and contacts must match what a guest will get. If something changes (price, season, phone number, sold vessel), tell us so we can update or hide the listing.

Do not advertise a lower price than you actually charge at the pier, and do not show a different vessel than the one guests will board.

Safety and documents

You are responsible for the vessel, the captain, insurance, life jackets and any permits required under Georgian law. BatumiWave does not replace those obligations and does not inspect every document before each trip.

If we have a reasonable doubt that an offer is unsafe or not real, we may refuse or remove it.

How we moderate

We review information before publishing. We may edit wording for clarity, crop photos, or ask for extra details. We may decline a listing or take it down if it is misleading, duplicate, inactive, or outside Batumi.

Guests and payment

Guests contact you directly. You agree the date, route, price and payment with them. BatumiWave does not collect the guest's payment and is not a party to that agreement.

Please answer guest messages. Repeated no-response is a reason to hide a listing.

How to apply, update or remove a listing

Write to hello@batumiwave.com or use the contact form and say that you want to add, change or remove a listing. Include the vessel name and the changes you need.
