What BatumiWave is

BatumiWave is an online catalog and aggregator of yachts, boats and related sea services in Batumi. We collect and publish offers from local owners and operators so guests can compare options and contact them directly.

BatumiWave is not the owner of every listed vessel, is not a party to the charter or service contract, and does not accept payment for trips, activities or other services shown in the catalog.

Listings and prices

Listing pages are informational. Photos, capacity, duration, routes and prices are provided by owners or operators and checked by us as far as practical, but they can change.

The final price, date, route, guest count and other terms are agreed between you and the owner or operator. Always confirm details before you pay or board.

Bookings and payment

Booking and payment happen directly with the owner or operator of the vessel or service you choose. We do not process card payments, hold deposits, or act as an escrow for trips.

Refunds, cancellations, weather delays and no-shows are governed by the agreement you make with that owner or operator, not by BatumiWave.

Your use of the site

You may browse listings, contact owners using the details on the listing, send us a message through the contact form, and submit a review.

• Do not submit false, abusive or illegal content.
• Do not try to scrape, overload or disrupt the site.
• Do not use owner contact details for spam or unrelated marketing.

Reviews

Reviews reflect the opinion of the person who wrote them. We may refuse or remove a review that is spam, off-topic, unlawful, or that we cannot reasonably associate with a listing.

Intellectual property

The BatumiWave name, site design and original texts belong to us. Photos and descriptions of vessels may belong to the owners or operators who provided them. You may not copy the catalog for a competing service without permission.

Liability

The site is provided as a catalog of publicly offered services. We are not liable for the performance of a trip, the condition of a vessel, sea weather, injuries, lost property, or disputes between guests and operators.

More detail is in the Disclaimer. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Georgian law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. The courts of Georgia have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer rule in your country says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after the update means you accept the new version. The date at the top shows the latest version.
